The Feeding Tube Foundation (FTF) was established by three parents and one grandparent, all of whom have children dependent on feeding tubes, across four different states. The organization has been legally established in the state of Kansas, recognized as a 501(c)(3) entity, and is overseen by a Board of Directors based in the U.S.

The Board of Directors at FTF oversees the strategic direction and management of the foundation's operations, which are executed by a paid Executive Director. Our support network and organizational initiatives are bolstered by a strong volunteer community with international representation.
